Photo – Is it Good Governance that transport arrangements for a private mission of the President of the Republic being done by the Government of Mauritius through its embassy in France? Is it normal that following the arrangements an invoice amounting Rs 522,400 should be paid by the Mauritian Embassy and ultimately by the Government of Mauritius?
