Out of each Five questions, he has not responded Two. Again he has proved to be very far from being a statesman. While the Deputy Speaker criticizes the Commission of Inquiry on his two press interviews, has he not committed an offence under Section 11 (6) of the Commissions of Enquiry Act, which stipulates «any person who, at any sitting of the commission, wilfully insults the Commissioner or the Secretary of the Commission, or wilfully interrupts the proceedings of the Commission or otherwise wilfully commits a contempt of the Commission shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 5,000 rupees and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months»? http://ift.tt/2tj8Al8
