When you do not accept somebody’s illegitimate status, but still your country can benefit a lot from receiving him. So what you do? You send one of your juniors to receive him at the airport. And as a patriot, for the benefit of your country will you not pretend to host him? But you have all means to downplay his visit to your land as you are a person of principle.
