Photo – So much debate was there on the collection and storage of biometric data on the National ID Card. Finally the biometric data is stored exclusively on the NID card.<br>Now the Government is bringing amendments to the National Identity Card Act to allow reading card data by both public and private agencies as may be determined by the Ministry of Technology, Communication and<br>Innovation according to set criteria. <br>SO BE PREPARED THAT YOUR BIOMETRIC DATA WILL BE READ ON CARD READERS BY BOTH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE AGENCIES.
